A newly built Private Annexe with full bathroom & shower, a separate entrance at a quiet area in Cheadle village. 10 minutes walk from the high street with lots of shops including Costa, Starbucks, Tesco & Sainsbury's. 15-minute drive to Manchester Airport. Private parking space available. The room has two big radiators and is well-lit with three windows equipped with fancy shutters and blackout blinds for deep sleep. There's a gym within a 7-minute walk if you're into sports, swimming or spa.

Shopping centre in 5 mins walking distance. The house is located in a quiet avenue. A short drive will also take you out of Manchester into Cheshire with its beautiful countryside.

This self-contained unit is an annex to our own house so we are available to welcome you, offer advice or help you plan your stay. The accommodation is on 2 floors with the lounge/kitchen area, and bathroom + shower downstairs, and a large, double bedroom upstairs, 2 sofa beds + child's sofa bed. It is comfortable for 2-4 people but can sleep up to 5 people with two single sofa beds downstairs. If you need an extra bed, a double bedroom is available in the house. Small charge for a fifth adult

The Old Vicarage Coach House

The Old Vicarage Coach house was built in 1750 as part of a farmhouse. In 1860 the property was purchased as a Vicarage for the Church. Now completely refurbished it is warm, with stunning views across farmland to the Pennine hills. It has its own entrance where there is a washer dryer. Up the oak staircase to a kitchen with fridge, microwave/oven and induction hob, bathroom (shower), double bed with sofa and TV. Close to Lyme park and Peak District but 15 minutes from Manchester Airport.

Settle down and relax in this Modern Annexe bedroom which has it's own door and is separate from the rest of the house, leaving you to enjoy your space, privacy and independence. The room is compact, but contains essentials to make your visit comfortable, such as tea and coffee, modern en-suite, shower products, towels, broadband internet and a super comfy bed. Next door to a park, 8 minutes drive to the airport and shops up the road, you'll also enjoy being really conveniently located.

Breakfast cereal and milk is supplied and guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Gym and pool across the road , also pub and takeaways within walking distance. Includes towels and toiletries. Sunday evenings are available by request.
