Uniquely positioned overlooking the Historic Aylsham Market square, the grade 2 listed Ironmongers boutique offers a chance to relax and unwind in the heart of a bustling town You’ll love the stylish decor of this charming place, 5 steps from the bakery, 5 mins from Blickling Hall, 15 miles from the coast, we are well worth a visit. We are really just an air “b”, so don’t provide breakfast, but with smart check in, individually designed decor, a tea and coffee corner, come in, unwind and relax .

The Carriage

The Carriage offers our guests a stay within a converted railway carriage. Departing for its final journey in 1952, has since been restored to its former glory. Sitting proudly on the station platform, located on the ground floor. This stunning King bedroom maintains all of it's original character, while providing guests with the luxury features you would expect. At the front of the carriage, you will find the large walk in rainfall shower, complete with a deep copper sink and copper fittings.

Basil’s Bolthole….

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. The conversion from redundant chapel to a modern home is exciting & funky. Beautiful original windows, panelling & doors were kept & re-purposed…but the floors are F&B painted poured concrete, internal walls are raw or lime washed brick or lime/hemp plaster. Ceilings are reclaimed lime wash timber. Underfloor heating & ceiling fans in every room. Lighting is thoughtful, furniture a mixture of antique, mid-century & good modern pieces.

Set in the Norfolk countryside, in the village of East Harling, The Lodge has views out over farmland, a lake and a garden of around 2 acres visited by deer, rabbit and other wildlife. The Lodge provides luxury spacious high-quality accommodation and boasts luxury designer furniture and appliances, with high-speed internet a 70inch TV, his and her robes and an all you can eat continental breakfast with fresh ground coffee. Outside you'll discover a 6 person hot tub, BBQ, chairs and loungers.
