Plenty of room for 4 with a king-size room, twin room & spacious 2nd floor providing playroom/workspace & 2nd WC. Front garden with views of the railway & river & an enclosed rear patio. A restaurant, garden centre cafe, convenience store & 2 pubs are a 10 minute walk & the motorway is a 5 minute drive. Community park, children's play area & countryside walks are on the doorstep.

From comfy sofas in the living room and roll top bath in the main bedroom, to the wood burner for cosy nights in. Cooks will enjoy the handmade kitchen and dining at the antique farmhouse table. The terraced garden has views over countryside and large sofa to sit back and enjoy the view.

This is a relaxing completely self-contained studio in very quiet surroundings yet only a few minutes walk from delicious eateries and quirky bars in Ramsbottom and Holcombe Brook. It is perfect for couples who enjoy the great outdoors (you can walk onto the West Pennine Moors from the house) or for those just looking for a private retreat in which to unwind. Plenty of free unrestricted on street parking. Please note we cannot accept children or pets, the studio is compact and not suitable.

A 5 minute walk will take you to the Wayoh reservoir and surrounding areas leading to Entwistle and Jumbles Country park. Turton Tower is a short walk away and Bromley Cross train station is 1.5 miles with a direct line to Manchester and Clitheroe. The Lancashire cycle way runs past the doorstep as does as the cycling stage of Ironman uk.
