Only 11 miles to Broadway, and 10-15 minutes to the Opry and East Nashville! Get away from the city buzz in our quiet neighborhood without compromising proximity to downtown. This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

We are a short $15-20 Uber/Lyft ride to historic 2nd Ave, Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium and the Country Music Hall of Fame. Boat rentals and lakeside dining are minutes from Hillsdale in Hendersonville, the city by the lake. We are the perfect space for exploring Nashville, enjoying the beauty and activities on the water or staying in for R&R. Fast wifi throughout the home.

Tucked inside 10 acres & surrounded by nature with stunning views and you still can be in Nashville in 25 minutes. The entire cabin is yours. We have friendly animals like peacocks, goats, chickens, pigs, miniature donkeys and a free roaming friendly squirrel named Agnes. You r welcome to pick fresh eggs for ur breakfast. This centrally located home(20 minutes to downtown/broadway and 15 to the airport) is in a deep water cove on Old Hickory Lake. We allow up to two pets under 40lbs each for a one time $189 pet fee.
