Only 20 short minutes from Tech, you can root on the Red Raiders, and then relax on one of the large porches and watch the sunset! There will be farm fresh eggs in the fridge waiting for you for breakfast or feel free to walk out to the coop and gather your own! Our farm also has Longhorns, cows, a donkey, and goats. The Villa is only a half a mile from Loop 289 and is a quick, convenient drive to anywhere in Lubbock. Texas Tech, Covenant Medical Center, and UMC are minutes away and many restaurants are available within a mile of the villa. Guests will enjoy a relaxing stay with a private balcony along with a newly remodeled kitchenette and bathroom. A park with paved walking trail is one block away.

This is a wonderful and charming entire home with arched doorways and half century old wooden floors. two large bedrooms with shiplap closets hold comfortable clean beds with lots of pillows in this quiet Levelland house. The washer and dryer are in the garage if you have a longer stay. The backyard has plenty of room to cook some steaks and enjoy the beautiful evenings and star filled skies. There is a large parking area for trailers and RVs if you are here for an event at The Mallet.

This is a studio home; the bed, living area, eating area, and kitchen all share the same space. I love the bathroom, primarily for its large bath tub. The Little House is nestled in a quiet and kind neighborhood, and it's conveniently located near several restaurants, grocery stores, a bus line to Texas Tech, the loop, and more!

College View Casita

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located in Tech Terrace. Enjoy the convenience of this location near Texas Tech and all it has to offer. There are plenty of towels and extra linens available. Stackable washer and dryer. Down a few blocks is the Plaza Shopping Center. Home to J&B Coffee, a neighborhood coffee shop since 1979, Capital Pizza, 360 Medical Spa, and Food King grocery store. I have a camera on the front door monitoring the driveway.

Ahava Honey Farm Private Cottage

Book a sweet stay! Enjoy a uniquely comfortable and stylish stay on Ahava Honey Farm. The guest cottage is located just behind our 3 story farmhouse. The 2 story cottage has a private entry, sidewalks, small patio with seating, fenced yard, FREE Wi-Fi, coffee bar, large screen smart TV and ooooh so comfy beds. There's plenty of parking on the premises for horse trailers or multiple cars. If you love animals we have plenty who want to love you back!

Country Guesthouse

This is a private country setting that is quiet. This trailer has it’s own separate entrance with a big concrete pad, table and chairs, with umbrella. It is 12 minutes from Texas Tech and 9 minutes from LCU. There is a full supermarket 6 minutes away. Convenience store 2 miles away. Levelland is 20 miles away and Shallowater is 8 miles away.
