There are several other guest rooms within the property, so please make sure to go to the correct door ( White door, “Angie’s Place”). A huge, paradoxically cozy space, ideal for the traveling couple with a single Queen sized bed; it occupies approximately 1600 square feet on the top floor of a former cotton gin warehouse surrounded by a 2-acre Permaculture experiment. It is the private "Penthouse Apartment" amidst multiple communal and shared spaces on the property. Creative touches everywhere you look. A truly unique experience.

This private “studio style” concept is part of a grand estate on the west side of El Paso. You will have your own private entrance with private courtyard. This is a perfect property for one or two individuals. Studio style unit has bed, kitchenette, bathroom and courtyard. Space is attached to the main property, but has complete privacy. Unit also boats high 9 ft ceilings and mini split unit for cooling/heating. Bathroom was also recently remodeled.
