A block and half to restaurants and bars, etc. Surfboard/bike-storage friendly private room with free street parking. Please note this is not an apartment, so it has no proper kitchen. It is a room in our home with a private entrance and bathroom.

We have ample street parking with minimal restrictions.

Foley’s Place

As of 01/05/2025, we just bought brand new queen and single mattresses and a new couch for the rental unit. One queen bed and 2 twin beds are best suited for 3-4 adults or a family with 2 children. We are in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to public transportations and restaurants. A few blocks to Golden gate Park and 15 minute walk to the beach. The guest rooms located on the first floor with private entry and a beautiful garden in the back yard.

Upstairs portion of light-filled art deco corner house with Pacific Ocean view from living room and front bedroom. Known in the neighborhood as the Bubble House, it's decorated with art and character inside and out. Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. BBQ on the back deck over the backyard. If you have a regular sized car or SUV, you'll always have a dedicated parking spot on the street right in front of the house blocking (but not in) the driveway.
