Next to coffee shop, across road from groceries, pizza, Chinese, bottle shop & chemist. Single carport 1.9m height limit. Starter pack tea/coffee/milk/soap/shampoo plus all linen/towels. Wifi can be weak in peak season, enjoy the beach, books & boardgames. NO charging of EVs due to insurance rules. Also no air-con, but a lovely sea breeze, read ‘other details’ section. Enjoy!

Set in a serene setting, the 2700 sqm yard is secluded with no proximate neighbours. Pet friendly.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish & affordable space only a stones throw from secluded Garden Bay beach. A gentle leisurely stroll to Mosquito bay boat ramp and Cafe 366, or head in the opposite direction over the hill to Malua Bay surf beach. A 10 minute drive North to Batemans Bay or South to Broulee. The Garden Bay Beach shack is a self contained, downstairs unit with all mod cons and built for couples, but can accommodate a small child as an extra. Excellent romantic retreat.

This classic 1970s beach shack has been lovingly updated throughout, combining the laid-back feel of the original home with modern design and comforts. You can’t help but relax here. Glimpses of the turquoise water filter in through almost every window. Meander down the private stairs to the beach and you’re in the water. A supermarket, chemist, bottle shop and restaurants are just a 2-minute drive. There are no additional charges other than Airbnb charges.

Enjoy the suberb location of this older style bedsit hideaway- large bathroom, bath, separate toilet and kitchenette. Attatched to the main house it has a completely private entrance. Bedsit doesn' face the ocean. You'll find nearby cafes for meals or can cook simple meals in the benchtop oven/ hotplates unit. Take one minute walk down to Guerilla Bay beach or enjoy stunning views from your own outside table in the front garden. Wallabys, echidnas and monitor lizards are common.
