This 16x28 cabin is more like a tiny house featuring one bedroom with Queen size bed and full bath including washer & dryer. The great room is one space with all the kitchen amenities, dining room table couch and TV/DVD. Three additional air mattresses extends your sleeping space for up to four more guests. Private one acre, quiet setting just 80 feet off Sunshine Lake. Take advantage of ice fishing for Rainbow Trout in the winter and snow shoes or cross country skiing through wooded trails. Great snow machine cabin too! Summer months are great for non-motorized boats.

The building is a duplex with a unit upstairs and a unit downstairs. It is likely you could hear upstairs guests, specifically during their water use when showering or washing laundry. Basecamp 4 Studio, 5 miles from downtown Talkeetna

Spacious studio in a quiet Alaskan neighborhood. Full bathroom with subway tiled bath/shower combo for soaking after a long day of fishing. A roomy kitchen with a gas stove/oven, microwave, toaster, sink, fridge, table, chairs and a rustic bartop with stools for hanging out. Tucked around the far end of the room is a queen sized bed & closet. The living room is furnished with a large comfortable sofa that can accommodate another person. *2.5hrs away from Denali Natl Park*

The Johnson House Cottage

The cottage is a secluded guesthouse in a friendly neighborhood with spectacular views of the Knik Glacier and river. This retreat has room for up to four guests. It is an open floor plan with a double bed on the ground floor and twin beds in an upstairs loft. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave. Propane BBQ on the deck and bathroom with a shower. Our cottage is not visible from the parking area so self check-in is not an option.
