We have lots of wood for the fire in winter, the outdoor bath is wonderful for stargazing & the (shared) swimming pool heaven on a hot day. Pa's Place is a home away from home in delightful Swanhaven. A short walk to lovely quiet Swan Lake and 5 minutes drive to beautiful Berrara beach and lagoon for excellent swimming and fishing. Supplied are surf boards, body boards and kayaks for you to use or you can also hire boats locally. Sussex Inlet is a 5 minutes drive away for the supermarket and cinema and cafes. This property is suitable for well behaved dogs. NO Cats please
