1-bedroom unit in Cronulla

Nice ground floor unit in a quiet small block located minutes from the main precinct beaches and the esplanade. There is NO parking in the lane but free on-street parking and it's a flat 5-minute walk from the train station. The unit has Wi-Fi, beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella for your use. I've added a high chair and travel cot. There is a mattress topper, in case you find the mattress too firm. I prefer long term stays, and there are discounts for weekly and monthly stays.

This lovely beachside studio is perfect for both a weekend away or a month stay. Transformed from a triple garage, this tranquil space boasts a large queen size bed, brand new private bathroom, kitchenette, fridge, laundry with front loading washing machine and dryer, television, CD player, couch, dining table and games and activities. Perched on the edge of Salmon Haul Bay in leafy South Cronulla, it is a 1 minute walk to the beach and 30 seconds to the famous Cronulla Esplanade.

The guest space is a private part of our house with own entrance and no shared areas. Located in a quiet street , a 15 minute walk from Cronulla Beach, restaurants and bars. Rooms are newly renovated with a comfy queen size bed in the main bedroom (3.1m x 4.3m) and a double bed in the adjoining room.(3.2m x 2.7) Kettle ,Toaster and Microwave provided. Hi we have a 2 bed room apartment on ground floor (no steps) it’s cute & very comfortable, 70sqm, 2tv’s, wifi, Fotex, dvd, 200m walk to beach & 300m shops, Restaurants & nightlife, for comfort there is air con, portable heater & fans, dishwasher & washing Mach. small outdoor setting, 2 Queen size beds, baby cot/high chair, lounge, dinner table, kitchen items, coffee/tea, oils, etc, parking for one car & on street parking, we have used Airbnb a lot & know what guests require,

Sunny, beach and parkside apartment

My unit is number 5. I won't be there, although it is my home and I normally live there. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Spacious bedroom with great park and ocean views . Lounge/ dining room with Wifi and Smart TV, great park and ocean views. Full kitchen with everything you could possibly want. Laundry and small bathroom. Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.

Free Standing Guest House, Private Outdoor Area

This guest house is very private. It is free standing and has its own ‘no stair’ side access. Walk straight on in. Best suited to singles, couple’s or young families. The lounge and dining area are spacious & the kitchenette comes with all the basic appliances to prepare meals. Out side is your own laundry, and share fireplace & swimming pool. Cronulla beach is 10 minutes' drive away and Caringbah Shopping Centre and Train Station are just a 10 to 15 minute walk.

Bonnie Bundeena Cottage

Getaway with friends/family at this lovely 2 bedroom cottage with cozy lounge/dining and fully equipped kitchen. Located in a very quiet, tree-lined cul-de-sac with access stairs to the Bonnie Vale beach and picnic grounds directly opposite. There’s a private front garden and side yard, with outdoor furniture and a BBQ where you can unwind and relax.
