Only 35 minutes from the north of Rome, an Italian villa with a blissful energy. It offers many spots to be in nature, the private beach, the pool, the secret garden, the marble table, the viewpoint patio, the terrace. Very nice in wintertime with its country surroundings, it will inspire you to relax and create. The view is stunning inside the house. Please note the Wi-Fi is slow, hotspot works and by law is requested a tourist tax of one euro a day per person. Nice to rent ebike for a tour.

Un appartamento nel centro storico di Sutri, al secondo piano di un immobile di soli due piani. Ingresso indipendente, vista sul duomo con vicino due campi da golf: Il Golf Nazionale e Terra dei consoli. Sutri è un centro dalle antiche origini, in cui sono ancora visibili tombe rupestri risalenti al VI – IV secolo a.C., l’anfiteatro romano di età augustea ed una piccola Chiesa rupestre della Madonna del Parto. I lucernari non hanno tende e pertanto in camera da letto ci sono delle mascherine.
