This lovely open plan loft apartment is in Woodthorpe, a charming hamlet on the outskirts of Loughborough. A five minute drive to Loughborough or the University. The loft has views over Beacon Hill and can walk directly out into the countryside. It is situated on a country lane which not a through road so very quiet. The property has a small kitchenette with a microwave, two ring induction hob, frying pan and saucepan. A fridge, sink, kettle and plates, bowls and cutlery.

Bathroom, kitchenette at one end of the living area with room for extra bed. Easy to reach East Midlands Airport and station, whilst Nottingham Uni's agricultural college is just across the road (not even a five minute walk!).
