The house has simply beautiful views of the beach, sea and sand dunes with extensive decking surrounded by glass balustrade where you can sit outside and enjoy the sea air. It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

Lincolnshire, it is a 10 minute drive to the seaside town of Cleethorpes and the Lincolnshire wolds and the market town of Louth. The bungalow is newly decorated with new bathroom, kitchen, furniture and carpets. It features a private patio with seating and secure private gated car parking. Plenty of public footpaths around the village and a local public house.
