A modern and fully equipped accommodation, suitable for smaller - large families or groups. This 1-8 person accommodation is located in Skåne, Svedala, just a half-hour drive from Malmö, Lund, Ystad, Trelleborg, and Copenhagen. Close to the beach, forest, culture, golf courses, birdwatching, and more. The house is used as a guesthouse year-round. It is a well-equipped and relatively new stone house from 2012, situated on the host's property with a view of the courtyard and surrounding fields.

A complete guesthouse just for you. Here you will find your very own sauna, a big bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchen complete with stove and fridge/freezer and a loft with a king size double bed. The couch folds out to a queen size bed. The guest house is right next to our main house but has its very own patio for some privacy. Parking is easy accessible and is is of course included. We are usually close by if you have any questions or want tips regarding the surroundings.

Fastigheten är omgiven av gröna fält och paddockar. Den fantastiska naturen runt huset är vacker och lugn oavsett årstid. Med endast fågelsång och två grannar på avstånd, ligger det säkert för en lugn vistelse. Men, ändå med närhet till buss, tåg, supermarket, allt på bara 5 minuter med cykel. Centralt, men exklusivt avskilt. Bra läge för både familjer(ej små små barn) och företagare med närhet till hela Öresundsregionen, och 2 flygplatser. Malmö Airport och Kastrup också på köravstånd.

Unna dig själv att bo i detta nybyggda minihus, mitt i ett lugnt miljö nära till naturen. Du bor med gångavstånd till Bokskogen, Bara friluftsbad samt den fina golfbana The National. Vill du till Malmö, finns busshållplatsen enbart 200m borta, och föredrar du cykeln finns också fina cykelvägar. Boendet har två enkelsängar på loftet, samt en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Det finns ett vacker badrum med dusch, samt ett kök, där det finns båda diskmaskin, tvättmaskin och kyl.

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

Från lugnet i skogen till stränderna i Höllviken och Falsterbo på 25 minuter. Njut av lugnet i skogen men där allt finns inom en arms räckhåll.

The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 3 bed rooms, as the pictures show, and has got all facilities like washing machine, TV, wifi, air condition and a large living room. Bedlinen and towels are included.

Panoramafönster med en fantastisk utsikt över skånska böljande landskapet. Titta på rådjuren som går förbi eller hästarna i hagen. Ett eget hus med kök, toalett och dusch på bottenplan. Plan 1 har sovavdelning.ä med dubbelsäng. TV hörna med soffa o fåtölj och bakom detta ytterligare 2 sängar( enkelsängar som kan bli dubbelsäng). Framför panorama fönstret med fantastisk utsikt finns fåtöljer och bord för avkoppling och umgänge.

You’ll love this house because of the views, the outdoors space and the calming ambiance. Our home is good for nature lovers & couples. Our garden have several fruit trees and berry bushes so feel free to harvest the fruits and berries depending of the season.
