All units are decorated to tell a unique story of inspiration and peace you can find while overlooking the magnificent landscape of this area. Autumn, winter and early spring are perfect times of the year for a reset getaway. Senj is known for the most sunny days a year in Croatia, emblematic blue skies beneath Velebit mountain, and bura wind - ideal for hiking, excursions, gourmet routes and much more!

Holiday Home Sinac

Holiday Home "Sinac" is ideally located between Majerovo and Tonkovic Vrilo, two of the most beautiful sources of the river Gacka, as well as between national parks Plitvice Lakes and Northern Velebit. This stand-alone house consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, and one large room that combines kitchen, dining and living room. The house is well-equipped and includes a covered terrace with barbecue equipment and an impressive view of the surrounding hills and meadows.

Villa Jelena

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

Apartment Slavica

This property is 3 minutes walk from the beach. Located in Senj, this apartment features a terrace and a garden with a barbecue. Apartman Slavica features views of the sea and is 12 km from Baška. There is a seating area, a dining area and a kitchen. A flat-screen TV is featured. Crikvenica is 26 km from Apartman Slavica, while Novalja is 49 km away. The nearest airport is Rijeka Airport, 36 km from the property.

House Arupium - HOT TUB

House Arupium nalazi se u neposrednoj blizini rijeke Gacke, svega 3 km od središta grada Otočca. Kuća je površine 60 m2, te je kompletno opremljena. Posjeduje terasu ispred kuće sa pogledom na rijeku i planine, te manju terasu koja se nalazi na samoj rijeci. Kuća je potpuno obnovljena i namještena sa novim namještajem.

Nataly, apartman sa dvije spavaće sobe

Nataly je apartman koji iznajmljuje o u sezoni turistima, Veličine 80 m2, ima dvije spavaće sobe, kupaonicu, kuhinju i dnevni boravak. Sa balkona se pruza pogled na velebitski kanal. Iza kuće je roštilj, izgrađen u kamenu, sljedeća garnitura. Ispred kuće je natkriveni dio, predulaz u kuću sa sljedećim mjestima.
