Kapwa Cabin - a joyful space to reconnect

Kapwa Cabin is a tiny house nestled in a quiet wooded neighborhood just 15 minutes from Asheville. Kapwa is a Filipino concept that very loosely translates to 'kindred.' It refers to space where acknowledgement of our shared identity instructs us to care for each other. In this spirit we have sourced art that connects our indigenous lineages, celebrates our shared future, and showcases BIPOC creators. $10 from every night you book will go to an organization working to strengthen community.

The Perch: Tiny Cottage near AVL and Black Mtn

This 1-bedroom/1-bathroom 200 square ft. tiny cottage is a wonderful, comfortable spot to return to after exploring the nearby areas of Asheville and Black Mountain. Full bath and artistic detailing throughout. One mile from Warren Wilson College and the extensive river trail network. It shares a 1.25 acre lot with our main cabin Airbnb rental (Send request for link) Across from Hidden River Events venue. There is one 2- person bed and a custom-built window bar/desk area. Heat & A/C.

Buckeye Studio-between Asheville and Black Mtn.

Buckeye Studio is nestled in the country between Asheville and Black Mountain. 800 sf Studio on a 2 acre lot with queen bed and sleeper sofa. Fully equipped kitchenette with mini fridge. Private outside seating on porch with beautiful sunset and mountains. You might hear in the distance some farm animals - roosters and donkeys. The Biltmore Estate and Blue Ridge Parkway are a short distance away. Come enjoy hiking, dining, local breweries and make memories. Parking for 2 cars.

The Roost- A tiny home in the Blue Ridge Mountains

Inspired by the Iroquoi longhouse and Ryan’s off-the-grid childhood, The Roost is a rustic arched tiny home, framed with birch saplings. High atop a ridge, you can enjoy year-round views of the mountains from the porch. Hike up the ridge or cozy up by the wood stove with a book. Grill out, start a campfire or just relax in the hammock. Nightlife, food, coffee and breweries in Asheville and Black mountain are 15 minutes away. It's an hour to Great Smokey Mountains National Park!

Honey Bee Suite Hobby Farm

We are available for Hurricane Helene Workers and Volunteers! Come stay in our comfortable, cozy and quiet Guest Suite tucked away in the Bee Tree Valley of Swannanoa! We are just a scenic 15 minute drive into Asheville, North Carolina, and the perfect location to access hiking trails and Parkway exploring. Our honey bees invite you to come see them in their safe, sweet home in the woods! Cell service is spotty down our road, but we have great wifi here at Honey Bee Suite.

Spruce Fork Cottage

Spruce Fork Cottage is a cozy cabin using some solar energy with 2 bedrooms, living/dining area, kitchen, and bathroom with shower. It is a prefect getaway for 1 to no more than 4 people and is within 20 minutes of Asheville, 15 minutes from Black Mountain, 10 minutes from market/gas. Areas to hike are close by or accessible via the Blue Ridge Parkway. Mount Mitchell is an hour north on BR Parkway, Carl Sandburg is about an hour South. Everyone is welcome.

Jade Tree Place A bit of paradise!

Recently updated private apartment with private entrance and parking space, adjoining, however, separate from the main house, (no space sharing), in a park setting, complete kitchen, queen bed, cable tv, wifi internet ,queen hide a bed sofa in living room, covered porch, 7 acre setting ..located between Asheville (15 minutes) & Black Mountain (10 minutes) 3 miles to Warren Wilson College.

Waterfall Cottage

Built in 2010, Waterfall Cottage provides a romantic, comfortable, rustic retreat space in the woods perched just above a magical flowing mountain stream. Both downtown Asheville and the charming town of Black Mountain are only a 10 to 15 minute drive away. Note: While Swannanoa was hit hard by Hurricane Helene, both our property and our woodsy neighborhood community were not severely damaged.

Delight is inevitable. A mere 20 minutes to Downtown Asheville with great restaurants, breweries and hiking within minutes! Expect an 8-minute journey up switchbacks, potential sightings of wildlife, and an inclination to play at the top! Nestled high upon the littlest of the Four Brothers Knobs, this Peach Perch offers a place to rest, renew wonder, and be enveloped by nature and color.
