This great property is centred in the seaside town and is the largest of the two cottages that we host. Free parking on the doorstep. 30 second walk to stunning curved beach, promenade, off shore sculpture and links golf course. Walking distance to local amenities and church point where dolphins are sighted. From here you can explore the rest of this heritage coastline. Newcastle’s city centre is less than 30 mins drive. Alnwick castle(filming location for Harry Potter)is a 45 min drive in land.

They are not only positioned by the Waterside, but are surrounded by fields, and are only accessed via a private road. so they are perfect for those wishing to holiday in a quiet secluded location, but very close to Alnmouth .They really do give the feeling of going back-to-nature and sleeping under the stars.

Ideally located right on South Shields seafront. I couldn't think of a more central and beautiful place to stay than the Anchorage.
