There is one king size bed and a double sofa bed. If you require the sofa bed for one night ONLY please supply your own bedding/towels for it. Detached & private, with side door entrance to lower floor with Kitchen/Lounge area with upstairs Bedroom /changing with separate shower and toilet. Outside patio. The Hot Tub (summer house) has additional one time £40 fee payable on arrival. Nearby Twycross Zoo, Drayton Manor Park, Donnington Park, Alton Towers, Conkers, Calke Abbey. Very close to 2 airports (Bham & Emids) plus all city facilities of Derby, Nottingham & Leicester

There are 3 beautiful bedrooms all with kingsize beds, one converts to a twin, all with ensuite bathrooms. The large private garden has a luxurious wood fired hot tub with spectacular views over the fields. Nearby are lots of things to see & do, so take some time away, come & relax at The Dairy.

This makes this the perfect place to explore the National Forest and everything it has to offer. Charging of electric vehicles by prior arrangement only, at an additional cost. Pets, you must inform us of breed prior to booking.
