Freshly renovated studio room, blonded timber, quality modern fit out and restful decor make this room a pleasure to reside in. Complete with kitchenette, located in the same space as bedroom (see pics) seperate bathroom across a small covered gangway and outdoor furniture on the rear of our reserve front property just a 2 min walk from the beach. A 2 bedroom unit which is below our main house, is situated at the end of a quiet culdesac right across from the beach, within 10 seconds from leaving your door you will be dipping your toes in the sand. Whiritoa is 15mins from Waihi and 10mins from Whangamata. Off street parking in front of the unit including space for a boat. A stunning place for you and your family to relax and enjoy as we do.
