Located in trendy Petworth, a short walk from metro and bus as well as several excellent restaurants, parks, and grocery stores. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials you'll need, a great new bathroom, walk in closet, large washer/dryer. The bedroom has queen sized bed with a Casper matress and there is also a fold-out sofa bed in the living room.

Takoma Park jewel above the tree tops. Light filled 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of our carriage house behind the main cottage. We welcome you to our special home away from home. This is not your typical generic rental, we display our art collection, custom furniture, accessories and books. The relaxed curated design is our personality and passions. Very quiet and private. Surrounded by trees and a front walled garden. Scenic Sligo Creek a few blocks away for your pleasure.

Private, spacious basement suite; great location

Perfect open space for 1-2 guests. Comfy king-sized bed, couch, work space, mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, and Keurig (but not a full kitchen). Private entry, space into basement unit and private bathroom. Near fabulous restaurants/ bars. About 15-min. walk to Metro green line. Note: While suite is private and closed to main home, home has 2 cats—a consideration for those with allergies. Also, it’s an old, connected home with original floors, and thus not soundproof.

Takoma Park Apartment Retreat

This apartment is located in the historic section of Takoma Park and it is a 7-minute walk from the Takoma Metro Station, 10-minute walk to downtown Takoma Park. Metro ride to downtown DC is 25 minutes or less depending on destination. You will enjoy this fully furnished apartment because of the well-lit living area with garden views, fireplace, screened patio, comfy bed, and peaceful environment. Please note that we only accept reservations that are over a month long.

My place features a separate entrance, free parking (one vehicle only), and is just steps away from many restaurants/cafes/eateries and local shops. The space is good for couples, travelers of all kinds, and, with space for four people to sleep, families.
