Natural, secluded, private entrance. Ideal kayaking, biking and walking. Eagles, ospreys, herons, ducks, turkey, fox, rays, crabs, oysters... and when very lucky, dolphins! Hosts available for convenience, but not in your space. *PET: If breed preapproved, $90/visit up to 4 days for ONE small dog. $15/day thereafter.

Pool House Paradise

Visit the sought after waterfront, golf community of Prospect Bay located on Maryland's Eastern Shore. When we are out of town, our 2 story pool house apartment is available. Enjoy the private fenced in back yard surrounded by trees while you swim in the pool, sunbathe, soak in the hot tub with views of the bay and watch the sunset or sit by the fire pit. BBQ grill, bikes and kayaks are also provided. The community also offers golf, pickleball/tennis/basketball, community pool and restaurant.

Adorable Lake Front 1BR Cottage-fully furnished!

This charming 1BR/ 1Bath cottage is located next to my primary residence. The cottage has its own private deck overlooking the Wye Mills Community Lake. The yard is spacious and pets are welcome. The yard is not closed in but safe for dogs who do not roam far. There is 1 queen size bed and queen pull out couch in the living room. Kitchen is equipped with basic appliances/ cooking and serving utensils and a full size washer and dryer. The bathroom has a stand up shower and basic necessities.

Recently cell phone service has improved and is reliable. However, in the country, WiFi internetl can be slow at times as well as the Wifi TV streaming.
