Situated in Hopwas, Midlands, Staffordshire. nr Lichfield & Tamworth. Furnished to a high standard The cottage is canal facing, with picturesque views, you can watch the ducks & Narrow boats go past while you have breakfast from inside the cottage. Are two excellent country pubs right on the doorstep of the property both serve food and a vast selection of drinks. We facilitate Individuals, couples & families at the cottage and do our upmost to supply all the amenities that are required.

In the heart of the peaceful village of Appleby Magna is our converted loft apartment. It has its own small, fenced garden and patio with off-street parking. Well-equipped with Wifi, smart TV, gas hob, electric oven and fridge. There is one bedroom with king-sized bed and an additional sofa bed in the living area. Ground floor lobby and shower room. Quiet village location in the National Forest within a mile of the M42 junction providing easy access to Birmingham and the East Midlands.

Tilly Lodge is set in a beautiful village with a lovely pub, fabulous garden and great food just a 4 minute walk away.

Our cosy Farmhouse Annex provides the perfect country escape for couples, solo travellers, family with a baby or pet parents! The self contained flat is equipped with everything you might need to stay comfortably for a night or longer. Nestled in the countryside, it’s so peaceful the only sound you’ll hear are the birds chirping to wake you up. Yet we’re just 10 mins from the M42 and close to M6, M1, East Mids & Birmingham Airport so we’re a great place to stop over for work or leisure.

Sugar Brook Retreat nestled in the North Warwickshire Countryside is a tastefully converted open plan barn with high ceilings and unique features, the ideal location to escape the routine of daily life and relax in a remote setting surrounded by miles of public footpaths including the North Arden Heritage trail.  Just 4 miles from junction 10 of the M42 makes this accommodation perfect to relax in the country but close enough to the midlands road networks to travel with ease.

The Coach House

The Coach house is a self contained apartment within a village setting,which benefits from a local convenience store. It is situated close to the M42 with good road links to all Midlands towns and cities. Netherseal is within The National Forest which allows access to numerous walks. There are many attractions close eg Calke Abbey, The National Forest, Staunton Harold and National Arboretum We provide a welcome pack with fresh bread, milk, eggs and preserves

The living space is an open plan, kitchen/diner and living room, with two en-suite bedrooms, one bedroom is downstairs, rooms can be made up as either Super King beds or twin rooms. The Kitchen has Oven, Hob, Dishwasher and Fridge with an ice box. Underfloor heating throughout the ground floor and radiators to the first floor. Centre of the National Forest

Conveniently located for the market town of Ashby-de-la-Zouch, with it’s Castle, country walks on the door step with the added bonus of a local Public House (The Black Lion) selling a selection of real ales, across the lane. This makes this the perfect place to explore the National Forest and everything it has to offer. Charging of electric vehicles by prior arrangement only, at an additional cost. Pets, you must inform us of breed prior to booking.

Our dog friendly, modern two bedroomed bungalow (next door to our family home) is situated on a country road. Two large bedrooms, one with an en-suite, one large bathroom. Large light open plan dining/living room with french doors onto the south facing, pet safe garden, equipped with patio area with seating. The kitchen has oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. There is a washing machine and sink in the utility. Three car park spaces.
