Tag en pause, og slap af i denne fredelige oase. Denne dejlige lejlighed, ligger i den rolige og familievenlige del af Islands Brygge. Med kun 50m til vandet og havnen, 50m til Amager fælled og 2 km til hovedbanegården og strøget. Lejligheden ligger i nybyggeri, i stueetagen med adgang til en 12 kvm stor terrasse, med direkte udgang til en stor fælles gårdhave. Lejligheden er fuld møbleret, både i køkkenet og stuen. Jeg har selv boet der i 10 år, og er rigtig glad for denne lille perle :)

This contemporary accommodation offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience with two outdoor spaces (one being a floating pontoon on the canal!) to enjoy. Beautiful architecture and great location in the Copenhagen South Harbor. The two-level apartment by the water, incl. large balcony that seats 4 people. One master bedroom with a king-size bed + one open upper-level bedroom (above kitchen) with two foldout chairs (220cmx80cm). The couch can also fit two grownups if necessary. Complete kitchen with Side-by-side refrigerator & Quooker faucet. Bathroom with shower and washer & dryer. Free reserved private parking space in the basement.

Amazing apartment directly on the water

Lovely apartment with a stunning harbour view. Building is on an artificial island in the harbour of Copenhagen. The apartment of 90 m2 has water view from all the windows and from the 10m2 big balcony. An attactive area, close to city center. The harbour of Copenhagen is clean and all enjoy to swim in it. 2 bedrooms, nice open kitchen and a cozy living room
