Die Wohnung liegt im oberen Stock eines Rancho-ähnlichen Hauses mit Pferdeställen. Die Lage ist einmalig ruhig auf einer von wunderschönen Natur umgebenen Pferde-Farm, abseits des Tourismusrummels. Finca Tranquila befindet sich in Naranjito, ca. 15 Minuten von der Küste entfernt. Die Wohnung bietet einen geräummigen Salon mit Bar und TV, Küche, 2 separaten Schlafzimmern und einem Bad. Es wird von einer grossen, gedeckten Terasse umgeben, die eine wunderschöne Sicht ins Grüne bietet.
