Nestled within the rolling hills of Herefordshire and surrounded on all four sides by Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this is the perfect place to enjoy the English rural idyll, with plenty of railway history thrown in! The accommodation is situated on the site of the original station building which was operational from 1861 - 1965, and has been rebuilt in the style of a typical Great Western Railway building of the Victorian/Edwardian era. Dog friendly, but we stipulate a two dog maximum.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful stress-free location, only 4 miles from central Hereford. Honeysuckle Cottage is a very cosy property with two double bedrooms, one single and a bathroom with shower. It is in excellent modern condition with a large airy kitchen and living room. The pretty garden wraps around the cottage on three sides and two levels and runs down to a bubbling brook at its foot (the brook can not be easily accessed from the garden and should pose no danger to children)

Our properties are registered with Visit England and are regularly inspected. Little Canwood House,Checkley, Herefordshire is 5* Gold rated! We do allow a well behaved dog to stay, max2. We make a small charge of £40 per dog per stay(this is on top of the rental which is payable to us directly), we sometimes ask for a Returnable Security deposit. We can provide a stair gate, a high chair, travel cot, shower chair and toilet seat riser. We strongly encourage guests to get travel insurance.

Situated between the Malvern Hills and the Wye Valley, this quaint first floor apartment is a wing of Chandos Manor, which was rebuilt by Lord Chandos in 1554. A large flat within a lovely, quiet Edwardian house with outstanding views of Hereford Cathedral and the Welsh Mountains. A great place to explore from or just to relax. On a summer evening enjoy a drink on the balcony and in the winter curl up by the woodburner. The flat is not ideal for very late nights out and isn’t safe for children or pets. Tea, coffee and basic breakfast items are provided.
