An annex to the main farmhouse the loft is only accessed by you and not shared with the farmhouse or other guests. A private entrance takes you into the kitchen with a cloakroom area. Upstairs is your large bedroom with super kingsize bed, and smart tv Your bathroom is accessed from the small landing at the top of the stairs. With shower over bath and complimentary Neals Yard toiletries.

Rock Loft is a newly built and self contained annex. A rural retreat with countryside views, set in the small Staffordshire village of Hanbury. Close to the Derbyshire Dales border, gateway to the fabulous Peak District. Rock Loft has boots-off lobby & utility area with full laundry facilities on the ground floor. Main guest accommodation is on the first floor. A light bright open plan living space with kitchen, dining & lounge areas, two bright bedrooms & spacious shower room.

Ryelands Retreat

Spend some time away in this modern, countryside bungalow. Ideal for families or small groups of friends! Close to both Burton Town Centre (15 minute drive) and Lichfield City Centre (20-25 minute drive). Perfect for festivals and events held at Catton Hall (only a 10 minute walk away) Owners live in the adjacent property and own a large but very friendly dog (who is kept in his own fenced-off area). The garden is a shared area between the bungalow and the owners.

Centre of the National Forest

Conveniently located for the market town of Ashby-de-la-Zouch, with it’s Castle, country walks on the door step with the added bonus of a local Public House (The Black Lion) selling a selection of real ales, across the lane.
