Relax in our carefully curated Poolside Retreat. Motuopuhi Poolside Retreat is centrally located in the peaceful neighbourhood fondly referred to as the Avenues, and lucky to be situated on a quiet cul de sac with views of the harbour and Motuopuhi Island. Walking distance to bar and restaurant district, movies, groceries and shopping. Additionally, a trip to the Mount is a 15km drive, easy bike ride or bus. Enjoy a dip in the pool or an evening spa, before turning in for the night.

The Little Bach on Percy

Lovely quiet and spacious one room studio. Perfect for couples, business travellers or small groups. Stand alone with its own entrance, is fully fenced and private. Kitchen equipped for you to prepare simple meals with a hot plate and benchtop convection oven, coffee machine, tea and milk. Quiet neighbourhood with little traffic noise at night. Very close to the beach with easy walk to beach across a reserve. You are welcome to bring your family dog if they are good with cats.

Riverside Retreat

Relax at this fully self contained seperate studio located in a private setting. Enjoy the Sunset over the River, or the views back to the farm… Perfect location for travellers to use as a base, or people working on assignment in Tauranga…Located 5mins from ‘The Crossing’ shopping centre, and with easy access to Downtown Tauranga, The Mount, and over the Kaimais to Hobbiton, Hamilton and Rotorua. The kitchenette includes an electric frypan microwave and portable hot plate.

Located at the rear of our full size section, this new purpose built studio is the perfect place for your next beach escape. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach and 7 minute walk to the local shopping centre. The studio has its own deck and lawn area to enjoy the sunshine and take in the stunning sunsets over Papamoa Hills. Fitted out with all new items, we haven’t spared any expense to ensure you won’t be disappointed with your stay.

The Shaka Shack in Mount Maunganui Beach -

Come and enjoy the idyllic lifestyle that is Mount Maunganui. The Shaka Shack is a private studio and has all the latest mod cons. It is situated on our property but is an easy laid back and stylish space that you can come and go from at your leisure. We are a 3 minute stroll to the beach and a stones throw to Bayfair shopping centre, Baywave, Baypark/ASB Arena, Mount Main Street, Pilot Bay, restaurants, cafes and pubs.

Enjoy sitting outside at the table and chairs on pavers under the tinted curved pergola. Back sliding door has a level entry bringing the outside paved area level with the tiled floor inside, giving it a clean modern look and comfort.

Newly furnished, compact studio in Bayfair

Unfortunately we are unable to offer early check ins, late check outs, or baggage storage sorry. Unique fully furnished, self contained studio. With AC/Heat pump, wifi and netflix. It's a 5 minute walk to bayfair and a 10 minute drive to both downtown Mount Maunganui and Papamoa. Has laundry machine and off road parking. Check in time is 5pm on a Wednesday and 3pm on other days. Thanks - Matt
