Relax in our sunny, fully renovated 108-year-old barn loft-where rustic charm and modern comfort come together. This unique space blends heritage character with contemporary style, featuring an orthopedic bed for a restful night’s sleep, a spacious lounge with a cozy sofa bed and heat pump, and a private bathroom with a well-equipped kitchenette. Wake to birdsong, enjoy plenty of parking space, and share the peaceful setting with our friendly dog, 2 cats and hens—just 7 minutes from the CBD.

Kingfisher cottage -outdoor bath, fire, sauna

King fisher cottage is a tranquil eco cottage set on the rivers edge of 11 acres of wild farmland and beautifully landscaped gardens that offer total privacy. The cottage has a semi-outdoor bath for bathing while star gazing, a kitchenette, living area & bedroom. There is no wifi & minimal phone reception, the perfect place to get away and unwind an enjoy nature. PLEASE NOTE: June through to September the track is too soft for a car so you need to park in the carpark and walk 40m to cottage.

The Little Bach on Percy

Lovely quiet and spacious one room studio. Perfect for couples, business travellers or small groups. Stand alone with its own entrance, is fully fenced and private. Kitchen equipped for you to prepare simple meals with a hot plate and benchtop convection oven, coffee machine, tea and milk. Quiet neighbourhood with little traffic noise at night. Very close to the beach with easy walk to beach across a reserve. You are welcome to bring your family dog if they are good with cats.

Charming warm self contained guest-suite

We have a warm and inviting guest suite under our home with its own private access. Renovated with carpet, heat pump/aircon and insulation has made this space the best in our house! A large room has the queen bed and TV with the day bed, then the smaller front room has the kitchenette and bathroom facilities. We have very easy access to the major arterial routes. Open to pets by negotiation, please ask us first as we have other animals on the property and it may not be suitable.

The living areas & kitchen are north facing opening out onto 2 separate sunny decks surrounded by tropical garden.
