Your own private self-contained 2 bedroom apartment with own entry access, parking and large deck area with fabulous views across the bay to Kawau Island. It is on the lower level of our home but fully independent from the main house and we are mindful and considerate of your presence. The space is open plan with a lounge, kitchenette and dining, seperate bathroom and 2 bedrooms, one single and one queen. There is one induction cooktop, a microwave, toaster, jug and teas and coffee.

Braemar Cottage - new, peaceful, stunning views!

Braemar Cottage is a fully self-contained spacious unit in the lovely Snells Beach. It has a gorgeous ocean view over Kawau Bay. Snells Beach is about an hour's north of Auckland and perfect for a quiet relaxed getaway. There are plenty of things to do nearby from visiting charming country cafes and wineries, or shopping at the local farmer's markets, or even taking a day trip to explore Kawau Island. If you want to explore or relax closer to the cottage, the beach is only 500m away.

Mangawhai / Te Arai - A Tranquil, Lush Getaway

Welcome to your getaway. An expansive, lush property bordered by a stream and native trees with an extensive garden where you are welcome to wander and sit. A private and peaceful Hot Tub area is available for your use. "Southwind" is a small rural property surrounded by farmland and other lifestyle blocks. We are 15 mins drive on sealed roads to amenities in both Mangawhai and Wellsford, 8 mins to the Te Arai surf beach turnoff and 12 minutes to the Te Arai Links course.

Views and convenience at Snells Beach.

Our space is great for travelers who enjoy wineries, breweries, cafes, beaches, walks, cinema (boutique), Saturday markets, Goat Island and a variety of places to visit and explore within easy distance. Nearby is the ferry for a day at Kawau Island. The downstairs studio is private but we are close by and pleased to help and chat if you choose. Warkworth has large grocery stores and shopping but we have a great new grocery shop and a local pub within walking distance.

The Artist’s Gatehouse: Warm, cosy and stylish

Romantic, private, cosy and comfortable, the Artist’s Gatehouse is perfectly suited for your short Waiheke break. Soak in the hot pool shielded by a tropical garden or watch a favourite movie with a glass of wine. The main wedding venues and most of the island’s wineries are within easy striking distance. The Gatehouse is a short stroll to beautiful Little Oneroa beach. It’s an easy 10 minute walk to Oneroa's cafes, shops, bars and beach.
