Caroline’s Tiny Cabin

Enjoy a brand new tiny cabin, located on a beautiful 26 acre campground. It can sleep up to 4 adults and 2 children. A fire pit is available upon request. The Tiny house overlooks two of four lakes stocked with Crappie, Bass, Carp & Catfish up to 70 pounds. Fishing is included for up to 4, children 10 and under fish free. There are two playgrounds and bike trails. It is a short drive from The Bridge Sports complex, United Hospital Center, and Tygart Lake. Less than an hour from WVU in Morgantown

Perched on the banks of the River, this cozy 2BR cabin features river‑view decks and a dock where you can fish, sunbathe, swim or dip your toes. Enjoy sunrise coffee, yoga or board games as mist lifts off the water, grill and dine outdoors while fall foliage reflects in the river, and cast a line directly from the deck. Hiking, white‑water rafting, wine tasting, blueberry farms and lavender fields are all nearby. You’re close to Fairmont State University and a short drive to WVU for game days.

For the WVU fans...you're only 15 minutes away from a Mountaineer kick/tip off! Bikers and hikers will love our 60 miles of trails along the river!

Perry Lodge - Perfect For Large Families Groups!

A large Lodge with 3 separate bunk rooms; like going back to camp as a kid ! Perfect for large families or groups looking for plenty of space. Included are a full kitchen, living space, 3 bunk rooms, and 2 large bathrooms with 3 showers and stalls in each. Located on a beautiful 120 acres campus. We have a lot of wildlife here including deer, foxes, coyote, 2 mountain lions, and an occasional bear. Be cautious if you go out after dark. Always have a flashlight. Don't go into any wooded area.

Waterfall Cottage

This is a unique single room cottage, next to a waterfall and fire pit. Wi-Fi. Smart TV, air conditioning and heat. Tall Toilet, hot shower, kitchenette with hot plate. A creek walk out back that is as beautiful, as any hike in WV. For disclosure, on very cold nights when below freezing, the space may be a little chilly. We have extra blankets & no one has said it was too cold, even on cold nights. A complementary trail bike w/ helmet, Coffee with real cream & honey. See testimony’s of many.
