Industrial Apartment in the Old Town

The industrial apartment, built in 1908, is located in the historic old town of Tbilisi, just a ten-minute stroll from Freedom Square. The decor retains the authentic charm of the old town and adds a modern touch to it. The building next door was being renovated for couple of months, but the work has been finished. We had a temporary problem with the central heating (two heaters were not fully heating up) but we solved it. We also purchased an additional electric heater in case of necessity.

Renovated, high-ceiling, full of light, spacious apartment in the landmark - Hotel de Londres, opened in 1875. The building features breathtaking staircase and is located in the heart of the city, surrounded with parks, museums, Dry Bridge, Presidential Palace, 10 minutes walk to the Old City. High-speed Wifi for remote workers, no ethernet cable, but the Wifi is pretty fast!

Wine Rise is a very historical place in Old Tbilisi. Located near Queen Darejan's palace (the last Queen of Georgia), it offers the most attractive location of old Tbilisi where you can easily find lots of restaurants, bars, ancient churches , art galleries , castles (Narikhala), and Tbilisi's Botanical Garden. Our apartment is a 5 minute walk from the Avlabari Metro stop, where there are also several grocery stores (e.g. "Spar," " Carefour," Ori Nabiji," as well as a number of pharmacies.

As this is old part of the city, you need to take steps to get to the house. No parking space is available. This location allows to quickly get to all attractions in the city, such as: Mother Georgia Statue, Narikala Fortress, Botanical Garden, Leghvta-Khevi, Sulphur bathes, Shardeni Street with great dinning places, bars and nightclubs.
