Hart Farm B&B - No Cleaning Fee

Beautiful and spacious guest suite with separate bathroom and private entrance. The main room has a king-size bed and a comfortable lounge area with a TV, coffee/tea/breakfast-making facilities and a dining area. The second room has two single beds. The bathroom is large and modern. There is a small covered outdoor deck with rural views to neighbouring farms and there is ample parking for cars/trailers/campervans. Continental breakfast is complimentary for stays of two nights or more.

Fleetwood Mack Housetruck in Pirongia

Stay in a Housetruck built from recycled/reused materials on the back of a Mack Truck. A Queen bed in the front loft and one single bed in the back. The Housetruck has basic kitchen facilities. Jug, toaster, fridge and microwave. A shower inside the truck, it runs from a califont so is set to one temperature using one tap. Please note that the toilet is located in a separate building about ten steps away along with the washing machine. You have unlimited private access to these.

Free Range Farmstay

Enjoy a peaceful private apartment (main bedroom, ensuite & kitchenette). 2nd bedroom available which sleeps 3 (internal staircase to our private residence between bedrooms). Surrounded by farmland on the main tourist route between Waitomo/Hobbiton/Rotorua/Karapiro/Cambridge. We live downstairs with our 3 children, cat & dog. Hillside Cottage

Nestled between grassland and trees, this guest house is the perfect place to soak up New Zealand’s beautiful nature. Relax watching the birds and scenic hills or get hands on with the family pets.
