We live on site with our Daughter and dogs Russell & River and love hosting guests from around the world. 5 minutes from the heart of Te Awamutu and 30 minutes from Hamilton, we are central to all things Waikato. The Potter’s Pad is a gorgeous, private tiny home in the foothills of Pirongia Mountain, with stunning countryside views in every direction The perfect place to experience off grid living but with all the luxuries. Beautifully furnished and full of unique handmade pottery, relax in our hammock chairs and soak up the sunset by the outdoor fire pit Talk to the horses while you listen to the nearby stream and birdlife instead of traffic, although only a two minute drive in to Pirongia Village

Fleetwood Mack Housetruck in Pirongia

Stay in a Housetruck built from recycled/reused materials on the back of a Mack Truck. A Queen bed in the front loft and one single bed in the back. The Housetruck has basic kitchen facilities. Jug, toaster, fridge and microwave. A shower inside the truck, it runs from a califont so is set to one temperature using one tap. Please note that the toilet is located in a separate building about ten steps away along with the washing machine. You have unlimited private access to these.
