A serene stay in the heart of the Waikato.Located amongst an array of working farms is our dry stock farm offering this 3 bedroom farmstay for you and your family to relax and enjoy. Escape the rat race and spend a night or 6 on our tranquil rural oasis. A hop skip and jump from the world renowned Hobbiton (13 mins) and Matamata (8 mins). Our farm stay offers 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom full kitchen, lounge/dining, outdoor fireplace/pizza oven. Plenty of room for the family!

Karapiro Lakeside

Accommodates 7 guests over 4 rooms and 1 bathroom. Option to add master suite and ensuite $200 extra per night to accommodate 9 . NOT AVAILABLE FOR PARTIES. POLICE WILL BE CALLED BY NEIGHBOURS, IF NUMBER OF GUESTS IS NOT CORRECT AND IF NOISE LEVEL IS LOUD. Spa pool, BBQ over looking Lake Karapiro. Large kitchen. TV. Free wifi. A few host items will be in the house and kitchen. 40mins to the black water rafting in Waitomo Caves. 25mins from Hobbiton and the set of the lord of the rings.

Rural farmhouse.

This house is situated on a working farm so on occasion there will be stock work nearby, (with the accompanying acoustics) other times it will be just the surrounding rural views to keep you company. The property is located within minutes from the Waitomo Glowworm Caves and all the other attractions that this region offers. Spend a couple of nights and visit the West Coast eg Kawhia with it's great fishing or dig your own hot pools. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room.

Beautiful 1 bedroom stand alone cottage that can sleep 4. A private oasis on a rural property surrounded by trees with views of rolling paddocks and farm animals. Full kitchen with all you need. Or a short drive to town will serve you with plenty of local eateries and takeaway options. One spacious bedroom with a queen bed and access to the deck. Boat ramp and swimming 200 m away at the end of the street, and the rowing course and cafe are 5 minutes walk just the other side of the Karapiro dam. 2 canoes, paddles and lifejackets, sunny outdoor decks, BBQ and fantastic views make this a special place to relax. Also a concept 2 rowing machine, and 2 bicycles.
