You’ll love my cosy cottage as space surrounding the unique cottage affords total privacy in a beautiful orchard garden displaying a lovely rural ambiance. There's also a free carport for car/boat, only 1 km from town. My homely retreat is ideal for couples, cyclists, solo travellers, hikers, fishermen, businessmen or anyone celebrating an anniversary or a wedding.

Enjoy sea views from the comfort of the bed, lounge, kitchen & various parts of the section. A very private the garden backs onto a bush reserve. No smoking inside but outside is fine.

Each site is convenated by QEII National Trust who describe Mahakirau "outstanding for it's ecology and wildlife value with brown kiwi, kaka, Hochsetetter's and Archey's frogs all present". A spacious house in a bush setting, sit back and relax, take a bush walk down to the stream on the property and star gaze at night.

It has amazing views , the ocean is literally at your doorstop, it's super quiet, the boat ramp is a few metres down the road, handy to great fishing spots - mussel farms are only a short boat ride, safe harbour for water activities - kayaks available free for your use, but life-jackets are not supplied and need to worn at all times.

Self contained stand alone accommodation in quiet street, parking right outside the unit. Close to estuary, an easy 15 minute flat walk to main street. Open plan living measuring 7m x 5.3m with queen sized bed. Living area, spacious bathroom, towels and soap provided. Kitchenette has sink, microwave, toaster, toasted sandwhich maker, fridge, jug, bistro style table and chairs. Coffee, tea, milk, and sugar supplied.
