The Summerhouse is a delightful detached lodge in the grounds of our cottage. Designed to allow total privacy with your own entrance,garden and patio area, hot tub and sun loungers. The Summerhouse has an open plan layout with a comfortable lounge,TV Netflix/ fitted kitchen with fridge,hob and microwave grill. There is a separate modern bathroom with a walk in shower. The bedroom has the option of a super king size bed or two single beds as required . There is off road parking in our car park.

The Apartment at Palmers House is a beautifully refurbished stylish apartment located in central Ludlow - 2 mins walk from the river, bustling market square and the 11th century castle. Our spacious apartment accommodates up to 4 guests in order to explore this lovely old town and its surrounding areas. Little Elm is set in the heart of the Staffordshire countryside and has a large private and secure enclosed garden with seating. First floor lounge with oak floorboards and uninterrupted country views. Ground floor wet room with slip resistant tiles and Infra red sauna. Large ground floor bedroom with fitted wardrobe. We provide a light breakfast. The kitchen has toaster, kettle ,microwave, 3.8l air fryer, double electric hob and fridge Cooked breakfast by prior arrangement.

Kinver Edge View Annexe

We started building the granny annexe in 2018 for our parents future home. As they are not at that stage yet we have decided to rent it out for now. There's plenty of space for two, but we have a sofa bed in the lounge, so it can sleep four. There is a wet room with shower downstairs and ensuite with Victoria & Albert freestanding bath upstairs. We are well positioned to explore the area being on the South Staffs, Shropshire and Worcestershire border and of course Kinver Edge.

Reabrook Treasure - a bungalow by the Brook

Lovely detached bungalow hidden in a quiet cul-de-sac at the back of the Reabrook Estate next to, and overlooking, the Rea Brook Valley Country Park and Local Nature Reserve which runs through Shrewsbury. Less than 30 mins walk or 5 mins drive to the centre of Shrewsbury and Quarry Park (with a regular bus to the town) but also with easy access to the Shropshire countryside, Attingham Park, Ironbridge Gorge and many other wonderful places of interest.

The Marsh - Self Contained annex

This is a modern, self-contained annex in a quiet rural location, with your own front door. Downstairs is spacious with a private bathroom and over bath shower, generous kitchen with basic food provisions and utensils and living space with TV. The light and airy double bedroom upstairs provides stunning views of the surrounding countryside.
