Cosy 3 bedroom house located in a quite Cul de sac

Private house with a cosy decor in the hearth of the Slieve Felim Way walking trail which starts in Murroe and ends in the Silvermines, Co. Tipperary and the trail is approximately 43 kilometres long. We are 5 minutes to Clare Glens, 10 minutes to Newport town and Murroe Village which hosts Glenstal Abbey, 34 minutes to Limerick city, 30 minutes to the scenic village of Killaloe,46 minutes to Shannon and 2 hours to Dublin Airport. This old farmyard has undergone a beautiful restoration. The open space & scenery all around here is stunning, with the Devils Bit mountain as a backdrop. It is a really peaceful spot. There is a large, enclosed yard space and an open shed area with lights & seats, and a roofed kids play area. The old market town of Templemore is a 4 min drive, boasting a beautiful town park with woodland walks & a lake. We are just 12 mins drive from Exits 22 or 23 on the M7 Dublin-Limerick motorway.

Dromsally Woods Apartment

Newly refurbished one bedroom apartment in the heart of Cappamore village. Located in a quite development with all mod cons. Its only a 20 minute drive to Limerick City and close to Clare Glens and Glenstal Abbey. The perfect place to chill out or it can be a home away from home for those working and travelling with a dedicated work station and good internet. A car is recommended but there is a good bus service that operates from Limerick City to Cashel about 6 times a day - the 332.

The Calf House

Note: there is a double bed on the mezzanine and a bunk bed below.
