Then you will be taught different ways to connect to your partner physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. We will use breath, touch, movement and sound. Tantra incorporates the whole being when connecting to those around us. This can be a powerful and romantic experience for couples looking for a deeper connection. This may be the thing you need to light a spark that was lost, or turn that spark into a bonfire! At the end of the workshop you will have time to ask any questions you have about Tantra. Bringing a notebook and pen is useful so that you can take notes. I encourage all my students to practice at home. My studio, Art Urban, is about 5 minutes away from Downtown Nashville. I have a paint splatter room in the space, where I’ll introduce you to the most freeing paint experience of your life! BYOB Join me as we flick, fling, drop and spray paint on the canvas, walls, or wherever. You'll be provided with full body coveralls, gloves, foot covers and goggles. Make your very own knife in our blacksmithing shop! In about 4 hours, you can create a beautiful functioning knife out of a railroad spike. Forging a knife is a unique and fun experience that anyone can do. In this completely hands-on workshop, 2-time "Forged in Fire" competitor Caleb Ledford will lead you through the knife-making process from start to finish: controlling and heating metal, forging with a hammer, grinding and beveling your blade and heat treating it. Great for individuals, couples, friends and families. Groups are also welcome. You'll work hard but feel great about what you've accomplished! Firstly, we will get to know each other and every person's comfort level with the horses as well as sign some paperwork. Secondly, we will saddle up! Our horses want to get to know you as much as you would like to get to know them. Then, we will spend a bit of time in the arena to learn the seat and commands. This lets you become more comfortable with your horse. If any problems arise, I will address them in the ring to put your mind at ease. Lastly, we will take a leisurely ride around the 180 acre property. We generally see White-tailed Deer and turkey on these rides. If you are coming in the evening, you will be treated to a beautiful sunset with the mountains in the background. After we get back to the barn and give the horses a well deserved treat, come up to the house for some water or a snack. My horses can have riders up to 20% of their body weight. This is more accommodating with experience. Other things to note - Horses are large animals with personalities just like humans. They are also just as smelly as they are wonderful. Be prepared to get dirty!

We will drive from downtown Nashville to one of Middle Tennessee's beautiful state parks to hike gorgeous waterfalls. Our experience includes transportation for up to four from Nashville to our selected state park within 1.25 hours of Nashville. Our experience includes transportation from Nashville (downtown pickup available), entrance to the state park, and a group hike to the waterfall that I will lead. I will provide snacks and water. We will stop at a local restaurant for an on-your-own lunch break. We will hike one of the following: Cummins Falls, Burgess Falls, the falls of Rock Island, or the falls of Old Stone Fort. Our overall experience will last 6-8 hours, including travel time.
