The Lost Stone paradise with pool, views and AC

The Old Stone is a 2025 fully refurbished 200 yrs old stone house in the hills of Todi, Umbria. It features a magnificent new pool, AC, high speed Wi-Fi and it is immersed in beautiful nature. It has a large garden, 3 patios, two kitchens, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath and a spectacular living room. La Cava (Palazzo Pallotti)

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

La dimora di Gilda

La Dimora di Gilda è una moderna dependance composta da un saloncino con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, angolo cottura, una camera da letto (anch'essa matrimoniale) ed un bagno privato. La Dimora si trova all'interno di un giardino di un antico Casaletto in pietra ('700), immersa nella campagna umbra con ulivi e piante da frutta a soli 2,5 Km dal centro di Spoleto ('5 di auto). In caso non si disponga di mezzo proprio sono disponibile ad un servizio navetta.
