This unique apartment locates in a peaceful neighbourhood by the Kemiriver in walkable (3 kilometers) distance from the city center and arctic circle (Santa's Village). It accomodates four adults (max) or a small family and offers a comfortable living and possibility for exploring the sights and activities of Lapland (DIY). Here you will relax and in special request you will be helped to arrange a unforgettable stay in Lapland. You can start by checking the guidebook in my profile.

Kultasärkkä

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. The car is not available for rent separately. Notice also our another accomodation: Villa Aurinkola.

Arctic Apple Tree Apartment

Renovated (Pictures of the kitchen updated), spacious and cozy apartment in a peaceful neighborhood, 5km from the center of Rovaniemi. The apt has a bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a spacious living area with a full kitchen and a sofa-bed, as well as a loft area. We can be easily reached since we live in the same building, and we are happy to help with anything. The area is quiet and close to nature, with a beautiful lake nearby. We have two bicycles for our guests.

Huoneisto kaupungissa Rovaniemi

Lähellä keskustaa oleva mukava, kodikas studio. Keskustaan matkaa 1,2km. Joulupukin Pajakylään matkaa 9km. Lentokentälle matkaa 9km. Bussipysäkki talon vieressä. Kauppa 200 metrin päässä. Varustus sopii hyvin pidempäänkin majoitukseen. Sängyt saa yhteen tai erikseen, ilmoita kummin haluat. Halutessanne on mahdollista laittaa 70cm leveä ilmapatja sänkyjen lisäksi. Autopaikka on saatavilla. Se maksaa 5€/majoitus. Kaupunkilomalle tai työmatkalle sopiva majoitus.

Huoneisto Kemissä

Kaksio Kemin Rytikarissa. Huoneisto sijaitsee lähellä merta. Matkaa Kemin keskustaan noin 8km. Täydellinen varustelu. Pesuhuoneessa kylpyamme. Joustava sisäänkirjautuminen klo 16 jälkeen. Liinavaatteet, pyyhkeet ja siivous sisältyvät hintaan. One bedroom apartment in Kemi Rytikari. The apartment is located near the sea. Distance to the center of Kemi is about 8 km. Complete equipment. The bathroom has a bath. Bed linen, towels and cleaning included.

Viehättävä hirsimökki Kemijoen rannalla

Rentoudu kauniin Kemijoen varrella sympaattisessa vuodelta 1811 hirsimökissä. Remontoitu nykyaikaisin mukavuuksin v.2021. Pihanavetassa uusi sauna/wc ja grillitupa sekä saunaterassi . Saunan jälkeen pulahda hiekkarannalta Kemijoen raikkaaseen veteen. Rannalla toinen sauna sekä palju, vuokrattavissa erikseen kesäaikaan, sekä huvimaja grillauspaikka ja soutuvene. Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet kuuluvat hintaan Maaseudun hiljaisuudessa sielu lepää!

Villa Meriparkki (100m2).

Lämpimästi tervetuloa majoittumaan sadan neliön viihtyisään omakotitaloon, rauhalliseen ja idylliseen merenrantamiljööseen. Majoitushintaan kuuluu petivaatteet ja pyyhkeet, ruoan laittoon tarvittavat perustarpeet (mausteet, ruokaöljy jne), pyykinpesuaine ja kaikki perus asumiseen tarvittava välineistö. Makuuhuoneessa parisänky ja muissa huoneissa lisäksi 2 levitettävää sohvasänkyä. Rovaniemelle matkaa 120km. Kemiin ja Tornioon 20km.

Beautiful, renovated two-bedroom apartment with two balconies and a sauna in the center of Rovaniemi close to all services. Please feel free to ask if you want an earlier chekc-in or later check-out. Kaunis, remontoitu kolmio kahdella parvekkeella ja saunalla Rovaniemen keskustassa kaikkien palvelujen läheisyydessä. Voit tarvittaessa pyytää sisään-tai uloskirjautumiseen aikataulumuutoksia.
