Rural holiday house few minutes from the beach

3 bedroom house set in a green area overlooking the little town of Teulada, 10 minutes driving (6 km) from the most beautiful beaches and coves of south Sardinia. The house is surrounded by 14 hectares of lush Mediterranean vegetation, it has a spacious internal court with a table to dine and have breakfast outside, sofas, hamacs and a BBQ. From Perd'e Sali it is possible to reach the most beautiful beaches of the coast such as Nora, Santa Margherita, Chia, Tuerredda. Close by our Cottage you can discovery "Nora" an ancient Roman town.

Access is via two flights of stairs, finished with beautiful ancient decorations that inspired the the logo of this house.   The wrought iron beds and the furniture have been made by local master craftsmen, in this refined accommodation every detail has been carefully planned. The terrace is the real gem of the house, treat yourself with a warm bath in the Jacuzzi from which you can enjoy a priceless view on the city.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

The charming town of Teulada, where you can find all that you need, can be reached in only ten minutes.

Deliziosa villa vista mare con spiaggia privata a soli 50 metri raggiungibile a piedi in un minuto. Attraverso un sentiero nella profumata macchia mediterranea vi immergerete nella bellissima Cala De Sa Perda Longa. A solo 1 km di distanza troverete la famosissima perla del sud Tuerredda Beach e le meravigliose spiagge di Chia. La villa immersa nel verde, avendo alle spalle le montagne, offre la possibilità di percorsi trekking mozzafiato a picco sul mare.
