Ons sfeervolle huisje is 50 vierkante meter ( totale oppervlakte . Openslaande deuren naar de afgesloten tuin op het zuiden 5x7 L-vormige kamer met open keuken ( kitchenette) Aanwezig: Koelkast met vriesvak. Afwasmachine. waterkoker. Oven. Airfryer. 2 pits Inductiekookplaat. Nespresso koffieapparaat. Fijne bedden en prettige (regen) douche wastafel met opberglades. LET OP! De bovenverdieping / slaapgedeelte heeft geen trap hek en raden we aan om hier geen kleine kinderen te laten verblijven.

The Maastunnel will take you 10 minutes on bicycle to historic Delfshaven and 15 minutes to the city centre of Rotterdam. Take the Ferry to Katendrecht (6 minutes) and you will find yourself in the urban industrial part of the city with many restaurants & bars. De guesthouse heeft een fijne zithoek met smart-TV met netflix Extra verplichte kosten: Gebruik van de sauna en jacuzzi: € 50.- per nacht Schoonmaakkosten: € 65 euro per verblijf. Het appartement is een comfortabele en aangename ruimte die u uitnodigt om te ontspannen en tot rust te komen na een dag vol activiteiten in de stad. Het is gelegen in het zuiden van de stad en de straat heeft toegang tot de bus, de tram en fietsverhuur, waardoor mobiliteit gemakkelijk overal in de stad en de omgeving beschikbaar is. In 15 minuten bent u met het openbaar vervoer op het strand of centrum, ook loopt u in 20 minuten naar parken waar u heerlijk kunt genieten van de natuur.
