This quiet, secluded area is the ideal location for any visit, whether in town for business or pleasure. It is just a short drive from iconic LA neighborhoods including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Burbank, Universal City, and Downtown. This cozy and quaint neighborhood is endlessly charming, and requires a mutual sense of respect among its inhabitants. Please do not play loud music into the night, especially after 10PM. While no smoking is allowed inside the unit, feel free to do so on the patio with use of the provided ashtray. The studio space is available for a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 4 weeks. Every stay will be subject to a mandatory, one-time cleaning fee of $50.

Close to the 101 and 405 freeways, with easy access to Downtown LA, Beaches, Hollywood, Universal Studios, public transportation, and CSUN. Convenient to Van Nuys Flyaway for LAX access. Light and bright furnished guest unit, with a private entrance and its own side yard/outdoor sitting area. Dedicated air-conditioning/heating unit, kitchen (for light cooking with 2 burner portable cooktop/microwave/toaster oven) , organic cotton queen bed, granite counter tops, full size stainless steel frig, as well as slate floors. Bathroom is granite, a double sink and slate shower. Includes 55" TV with cable, and WiFi. Hosts live in the house with active family with dogs that bark.

Full indoor bath as well as an outdoor clawfoot bathtub allows you to enjoy a relaxing soak with a view.

Our stylish, cozy and private guest studio is newly renovated and located in the heart of Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley with easy access to freeways. We're close to the Van Nuys Flyaway (easy access to and from LAX), and a straight shot from Burbank’s Bob Hope Airport (5 miles). Though still in the city, our diverse neighborhood is tucked away from the major roads, which makes it a bit more quiet. Tree-lined streets are perfect for the popular Sunrise and Sunset walks.
