Our condo is great unit for a family, couples, or a much needed get-a-way destination. There are many amenities offered and you are a few short steps to the beach. Amenities including an elevator, 4 pools (1 heated in winter) kiddie pool, snack bar, tennis & shuffleboard, BBQ, covered parking! The condo is 616 sq ft. Sofa converts to a full bed. $75 pet fee to include at booking; max 2 pets. Pets must be leashed outdoors & kenneled when unsupervised. There is a starter pack of essentials, basic cookware, small appliances, a pod coffee maker & a Blackstone grill. Guest reserving must be 25+years of age & present for stay.
