Walk where George Washington walked at Christ Church, then create a hearty brunch in the Mediterranean blue-colored kitchen. With its mix of fun bright colors and Colonial style woods, this home is a delightful blend of rich architecture and modern whimsy. There's a fully stocked kitchen and a 'drink one, replace one' selection of beer and wine in case you can't get to the store before unwinding on the back patio or in front of the fireplace. We set the place up for our own family and hope you will enjoy it with yours. Business travelers will find it an easy home-base. Only 5 miles from DCA. Easy access to I-95, National Harbor, and the GW Parkway. Easy access to: Downtown DC (about $20 Uber ride,) ~20 min walk to Metro; Convenient to DCA; 6 blocks to King St.; 4 blocks to the historic GW parkway and Potomac River recreation path. Easy access to I-95. Ample on-street parking. The Dog House has stairs to access the bedrooms and bathrooms. Location is inappropriate for toddlers.

Open floor plan studio with parking & easy access to Old Town Alexandria, Nat’l Harbor, and DC via public transit, or with your own car. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the suite house has its own outdoor deck with a private seating & dining area. Inside is just over 500 sqft and has a large couch, twin and queen size beds, kitchenette, full bath with tub and desk and chair for remote workers. Additional inflatable twin mattress available by request. Well behaved and house trained pets welcome.
