Όμορφη μονοκατοικία σε κτήμα με μεγάλο κήπο και οποροφόρα δέντρα, δίπλα στο ποτάμι. Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο, άνετο μπάνιο(και 2ο εξωτερικό) και σαλόνι-κουζίνα. Διαθέτει σύγχρονες οικιακές συσκευές (ψυγείο, κουζίνα, πλυντήριο ρούχων, ηλιακό θερμοσίφωνα). Για το χειμώνα, υπάρχει λειτουργικό τζάκι.
