Our special and luxurious house is located in the most central part of Mykonos just above matogiannia street and the statue of manto. it is a two floored house with front & back private areas and shared pool. it has a great asset of having one private parking spot. On foot you will find small cafes, traditional taverns and restaurants, all scattered in the streets of Mykonos - especially in Matogiannia, where you will find unique opportunities for shopping for clothes, jewelry and works of art.

Villa Sikia

The Villa Sikia is a real paradise in the heart of the old town of Parikia. Ideally situated 100 m from the beach and 30 m from the nearest shop, you can do everything by foot : beaches, visits, shopping and night life. With friends or family you can enjoy this house of 120 m² and its beatiful terrace and garden with bougainvilleas and the smell of fig trees . A large lounge and open plan kitchen, two bedrooms with king size beds and their patio form a very pleasant house to live in.

Both studios offer an amazing view and have functional kitchens, as well as their own courtyard. There is also a private outdoor swimming pool with dimensions of 4.20 m by 2 m and a view of the Aegean Sea. The apartments are located just a 5-minut walk to the beach and local restaurants, like the famous Thalassaki.

This traditional noble house, built in the late eighteenth century, is the paternal house of our grandmother Alice. Throughout her life she welcomed and entertained important personalities of the political, business and artistic life of the country. Today it is a fully renovated house with elements from the periods that the house has lived. The house is located in the heart of Mykonos town, just above the Goumenio Square and is an ideal accommodation for families and groups.

Peratsi Stone Mansion

Situated on the island of NAXOS, Peratsi Stone Mansion (80 m2 ) is a unique – more than 250 year old – carefully restored venetian building, which used to be the residence of a venetian lord 3 centuries ago! The unique combination of stone, marble and wood still show off its history and reputation. The ground floor includes the living room, the kitchen and a spacious bathroom.
