Welcome to Loxley Cottage, a space perfect for a little country retreat. Only a short walk from Nottinghams famous Sherwood forest, you can emerse yourself in nature. Once you have explored, you can snuggle down infront of the fire in the cooler months or continue to enjoy the peace and quiet out in the garden in the warm evenings. Ideal for small families and couples looking for a countryside break or for work trips being reasonably close to Lincoln, Newark and Retford. The openplan living space and kitchen has everything that you need and the bedroom has plenty of storage and a nice comfortable bed. The flat is the second floor of an old barn in a village with a brewery, pubs and nice walks along the Trent.

Welcome to Manor Cottage Barn. Situated in the quiet village of Averham just outside of Newark Upon Trent in rural Nottinghamshire. The barn itself is an 18th century chapel and barn combined and was fully restored in the 90's. Inside there are two large rooms, one comprising of a lounge area for guests and a private workshop area dedicated to picture framing. The other is a Bedroom, kitchen and dining room with a separate Bathroom. *This is a no smoking anywhere including outside home.

Century House - Thoresby Park

Century House is situated just outside the entirely private and gated Estate village of Perlethorpe, situated at the heart of Thoresby Estate. Thoresby was one of the four country Ducal Estates which gave the nickname Dukeries to the area due to the high number of Dukes who lived in the area, and is still owned by the Pierrepont family today. Century House was built in 19th Century and was traditionally home to the Estate Land Agent with the last Agent leaving in 2019.

No 10 is a newly renovated mid-nineteenth century cottage. It is set in the centre of the historic village of Edwinstowe and is surrounded by pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops. Sherwood Forest is only a few minutes walk where you can explore the history of Robin Hood or walk one of the many trails. This superior, dog friendly cottage has two luxurious bedrooms which sleep four people. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a cosy log burner and a private secure patio.

'Holly Berry' is a cosy holiday hideaway in the picturesque Nottinghamshire village of Wellow. Please note that Holly Berry is only bookable for a maximum of two adults. It is equipped with kitchenette (larder fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster but no oven or hob), shower/washroom, small sofa, mezzanine level with double mattress, wood burning stove, television and private outdoor seating area with bike lock-up. Two excellent village pubs within 100 yards.
