A lovely 4 bedroom detached house set over three floors, in the historic market town of Southwell in Nottinghamshire. Cedar Place is designed for the comfort of our guests and benefits from an enclosed garden with wooden shelter and outdoor seating, a large private drive area, 4 good sized bedrooms, full cooking and dining facilities, a comfortable lounge with plenty of seating, an en-suite shower room and a master bathroom with bath and shower. Ideal for families, larger groups and contractors.

The Mill

Grade II listed former brewery mill with a southfacing private courtyard garden. Rate is for 3 rooms - two doubles and a single (5 guests) - not all four rooms (up to 7). Please contact us if you would also like to book the master room with ensuite and we will confirm a rate. NB: This bathroom is shared by the 3 rooms not ensuite, shower is over the bath. Welcome to Manor Cottage Barn. Situated in the quiet village of Averham just outside of Newark Upon Trent in rural Nottinghamshire. The barn itself is an 18th century chapel and barn combined and was fully restored in the 90's. Inside there are two large rooms, one comprising of a lounge area for guests and a private workshop area dedicated to picture framing. The other is a Bedroom, kitchen and dining room with a separate Bathroom. *This is a no smoking anywhere including outside home.
