Guests LOVE this condo! It's completely updated and very modern!. Enjoy 2 larger TV's, plus a GORGEOUS view from the 20' private balcony overlooking the Bay! This condo in St. Petersburg is in a great location close to all amenities with many restaurants nearby, including Doc Ford's next door, and shopping nearby. Lots to do; and a 6 minute drive to Madeira Beach! Close to fishing including deep sea. 1-bedroom with a King size bed, plus a new pull-out couch.. all new (not yet shown in pics)!

Our condo has spectacular water views from the Bay to the Beach. We have a large one of a kind kitchen that is unique to our resort, with granite counter tops, hardwood cabinets, and all stainless steel appliances. Everything you need to prepare a meal is provided along with basic spices and condiments, Coffee, creamer, and sugar. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and walk in closet with all beach gear also available for your use. We have 2 - 50" flat screen TV's with cable as well.

This beautiful and spacious condo near the beach is all you need for your perfect vacation! We are just a short 10- 12 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive to the closest beach and many restaurants and shops. Very close to the Caddy's on the beach ( 2 min drive), John Pass Village ( 6 min drive), drive to Downtown St Pete for night life and great restaurants. Egan park is very close and tennis courts are right across the street Heated Pool is available year around and open from dusk to down.
